Year 3 Teaching Assistant specification:
To be considered for the role, you will be a bright and bubbly graduate with a minimum 2:1 degree with some prior voluntary or paid experience with young people. The perfect Year 3 Teaching Assistant will be caring and friendly, with strong literacy and numeracy skills to be able to support the class teacher.
Year 3 Teaching Assistant role:
In this role, the Year 3 Teaching Assistant is expected to work alongside the class teachers across Year 3 and ensure that the year group runs smoothly and effectively. Some responsibilities of the Year 3 Teaching Assistant will be to run 1:1 sessions, lead group interventions and create a warm and caring environment where children can flourish and learn.
