You should be an energetic Year 3 Teacher who can show a proactive, passionate teaching style. You should have the exuberance and positivity which can motivate pupils to greater success and achievement. About the Year 3 Teacher Role
This Year 3 Teacher role involves you teaching a cheerful class of 27 Year 3 pupils and you will be following an interesting CPD plan that will progress your skills. You will be helping prepare pupils academically, socially and emotionally through a varied and testing approach. Your duties will include enjoying the talents of an aspiring teacher who will be providing you with in class support as Primary Teaching Assistant. Your responsibilities will include reporting back to the highly-skilled SLT and keeping them informed about the development of your students. Newly Qualified Teachers will be fully supported by a senior teacher and receive weekly training sessions from a member of the SLT.
