Person Specification -
The school are looking for an inventive and bright Year 3 Teacher who has previous experience of managing EAL pupils and good classroom presence. This post requires a teacher who has the skills to effectively produce fun and effective lessons that inspire their pupils to want to learn and find out more. This post requires a teacher who has the skills to deal quickly and fairly with any challenging behaviours, using best practice and shared initiatives to work positive solutions.
About the Role -
In this Year 3 Teacher post, you will have the opportunity to develop your teaching strategies and techniques by partaking in CPD courses delivered by some truly inspiring expert practitioners in the field of education. This Year 3 Teacher position involves teaching as part of a team overseen by the school's exceptional, caring Senior Leadership Team. If the successful candidate is an NQT, you will have an experienced mentor- the deputy head- to turn to for any advice. Your friendly and approachable mentor will discuss with you what you feel would benefit you most and organise this in your NQT time. This Year 3 Teacher position involves enjoying using the school's teaching resources and the implementation of the inclusive teaching ethos. This Year 3 Teacher position involves coordinating the Teaching Assistant on hand and working with some talented practitioners.
