You will need to be a calm Year 2 Teacher or NQT who has a 'Good' or better record from observations in the classroom and has the drive to reach students with your motivational style. In this exciting Year 2 Teacher position you will be joining one of the school's KS1 classes as a general Year 2 Teacher. This Year 2 Teacher position involves working with your line manager to create a viable CPD pathway that will see your knowledge and skills increase during your time here. As a Year 2 Teacher you will be teaching a special emphasis on raising achievement, helping pupils to understand how best to approach exams so that they can achieve well in SATs and then GCSEs a few more years down the line.
