***£70.00 per day, increased if successfully accepted onto the Teacher Training Programme.

For the first term you will be working on an extended trial period, this is to ensure that you are right for the programme and that you are a good match for the school.
If you work hard and show your aspirations to go on to become a confident and effective teacher, you should be successful in enrolling onto the programme.
You will be invited into meet with the Nation College of Education and register as a Primary Premier Pathways trainee teacher.
You will return to the school you were previously placed, in a capacity higher than you were before. With this increased position, comes an increased responsibility and increase expectations.
You will complete training within the role, including behavioural management techniques, SEN requirements and duty of care, and you will also complete your basic skills test in Numeracy and Literacy.
In your second year of the programme, you will start your PGCE with the University of Buckingham, however you will still have an 80% teaching timetable, and will have to complete Three assignments.
By the end of this programme will have full Qualified Teacher Status.
