There is a strong focus on continued development and career progression, and the successful Trainee Primary Teacher will have ample opportunities to attend inset and training days covering a wide breadth of key aspects within education.
The successful Trainee Teacher will need to have a C Grade or above in English, Maths and Science along with a 2:2 degree or higher.

The first year of the programme will see you join your school in a support role capacity, working towards the standards of a Teaching Assistant apprenticeship. The second year is when your PGCE will commence, taught by the highly esteemed University of Buckingham. Your teaching timetable will increase as you put your theoretical understanding and practical experience to effect, remaining at a pace that is both challenging and comfortable.
