In this SEN Teaching Assistant position, you will have the opportunity to further your more pastoral experience by supervising the learning and development of pupils who have Special Educational Needs by leading small groups of pupils of varying ability, helping struggling pupils reach their targets and accelerating the progress of those who are gifted and talented. You shall be utilised across the school as you support classes in all key stages over a range of subjects.
