This Reception Teaching Assistant role is to support a pupil in Reception with Autism and Speech and Language needs. The school need an experienced graduate who understands how to put clear boundaries in place whilst offering a warm and nurturing approach for the pupil.
The successful Reception Teaching Assistant will be a graduate who can provide strategies for the pupil and promote their development in a positive environment. You should have the confidence to liaise with Teachers and Parents and strong communication skills are a key requirement for this role.
