The school is located in the Southern part of Brent in North West London and has excellent commuting links via the Bakerloo line, and over ground. Situated in the heart of the local community this school has good resources and facilities on a small site. This is a popular school that is oversubscribed and delivers an excellent all round education to its pupils.
The Head is now looking for a graduate with the academically ability and passion to inspire her students in this Year 5 class. No previous school based experience is necessary as long as you have the drive and determination to do well. The Headteacher has informed me this Year 5 class is smaller than average, has no behavioural issues and in general do well in tests. The class teacher is an experience practitioner who has recently been observed and graded as a good to outstanding teacher. This means, as a Teaching Assistant in this class you will be well supported but should also gain the best way to teach in a typical inner city school.
