You should be a versatile and motivated graduate who possesses a positive and determined attitude towards your work and responsibilities. You must have a real belief in the value of a good education for all pupils and demonstrate this through being attentive to the needs of pupils. You must show the ability to put every effort into supporting the schools SEN pupils and support each pupils’ issues in a concerned manner. The school wants graduates who can rise to the occasion when given additional responsibilities and set a good moral example to students. If you are able to speak fluent Spanish and able to offer extracurricular activities, such as Performing Arts, Creative Arts and sports then this will be highly appealing to the school.
About the Role
As a KS2 Graduate Learning Support Assistant your role will involve you helping to nurture the social and academic development of bright KS2 students who displays Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties. It is here where your skills and knowledge of psychology and a range of behaviours will come into good use. You will be supporting students on a holistic approach ensuring that they are progressing in all areas of development.
