The Headteacher wants to meet with graduates who are passionate about supporting pupils 1-1 who have Special Educational Needs. You should be a Graduate who has a 2.2 or above with some experience working with or an understanding of pupils who have SEN.
Your role as an SEN Teaching Assistant will be to work 1- 1 and with small groups of pupils who have Autism. You will be supported inside the classroom helping them during lessons as well as running small reading and writing intervention groups. This SEN Teaching Assistant role will allow you to gain a good understanding of SEN Pupils
