The ideal candidate will be a reliable graduate who has experience supporting SEN children, specifically experience with Downs Syndrome, and at least received a 2:1 in your degree. The school wants graduates who can support their pupils issues in a concerned manner and empathise with pupils. You must possess a genuine desire to understand special educational needs and how teaching impacts on learning.
About the Role
As a Year 3 Learning Support Assistant your role will involve you working in an 1:1 fashion to support the progression and development of a Year 3 girl who has Downs Syndrome.
