To be successful, you will be nurturing graduate who has experience working with Primary aged children and a strong academic record with a 2:2 or above in their chosen discipline. The perfect candidate will be able to show an enthusiasm for whole school life and demonstrate their enthusiasm for education. The Headteacher wants to recruit a graduate with the ability to converse on many levels and a desire to see their pupils succeed. You will be a sociable individual who can confidently deal with and defuse any challenging situations and evidence a natural affinity for helping SEN pupils.
About the Role
This Year 6 Teaching Assistant position involves helping to nurture the social and academic development of a bright Year 6 boy who has Global Delay Syndrome.
