A Teaching Assistant is required for a large primary school in Newham, East London to support a child with Autism, and the school would prefer someone with ABA experience.

They now have funding in place for a student who has Autism, so they are desperately keen to recruit a Teaching Assistant for the rest of the academic year. The ideal candidate will be a graduate with previous experience of working with children who have autism and trained in ABA.
Although experience would be an advantage, it isn’t essential as long as you have the commitment, passion and empathy this role needs.
The pupil that you will be working with is a delight to work with, but does need to be kept on track whilst in the classroom to stop them from distracting others.
