As a Reception Teaching Assistant your role will involve you working on an individual basis with a Reception girl who has been identified as on the Autism Spectrum. Day-to-day, you will be working towards the Outstanding accreditation by starting your training early through this school's CPD plan.
This school is an accessible primary found in Ealing and is accessible via Ealing Broadway Station on the Central Line and Great Western Rails. It is extremely popular and tends to be oversubscribed and is excellently equipped, boasting large grounds. The school serves a diverse and mixed catchment and remains non-selective in its approach, as such, there is a higher than average number of SEN students here. After a recent, successful Ofsted inspection where the school was deemed 'Good', the Head teacher and SLT are now keen to continue the good work and become an 'Outstanding' institution. Much of the school's success can be traced to its firm belief in the value of an inclusive, proactive teaching ethos. With plenty of training schemes on offer, this is the perfect place to begin your teaching career and begin to pick up good habits and impressive teaching techniques. Thanks to an extensive network of businesses, organisations, and individuals, the school can boast an amazing support system.
