In this SEN Support Assistant post, you must be an empathetic graduate who has previous experience working with children who have special educational needs (particularly autism) and an interest in managing an extra-curricular activity. This SEN Support Assistant will require the individual to possess the attributes of flexibility and resilience in all situations and use them challenge yourself and develop your approach.
