About the SEN Learning Support Assistant Role
In this SEN Learning Support Assistant position you will be supporting children with additional needs such as Autism on a 1:1 and small group basis, helping them overcome barriers to learning and ensuring they reach academic and personal goals. The children you will be supporting range from KS1 to KS2 so having the ability to be flexible and communicate effectively with children of different ages.
