The ideal candidate will be an ambitious, confident and creative SEMH Secondary Graduate who possesses;
• A High achieving track record and a degree of at least a 2:1 classification
• A natural empathetic and resilient attitude to your roles and responsibilities as an SEMH secondary behaviour mentor
• A passion to support students with SEN
• Able to build relationships with students and their families
• Have a contagious motivational energy
• Willing to support students both on a 1:1 and small group basis
