They would like to see applications from Graduates with strong academic records to be able to confidently provide cross curricular support to those who need it most. As their Learning Support Assistant, you will be tasked with supporting a number of students that have been identified as having learning difficulties - this could be any number of conditions that include Dyslexia, Dyspraxia, Autism and ADHD. You will support these students across the year group and in a variety of subjects. This will give you the grounding of teaching and allow you to gain unrivalled experience that will catapult you on to your chosen teacher training course.
