We are looking for a dynamic Science graduate who has achieved a 2:2 or above in your degree. Having worked with children in either a volunteer or paid role previously will very much support your application. You must possess a personable character that helps you form positive relationships as well as maintain an enthusiastic and professional attitude. The school need a graduate who is able to be a responsible influence on the pupils they teach.We want to meet graduates who can quickly get to know their colleagues and the children they work with, developing strong, productive bonds. The right applicant will have the ability to illustrate their passion and fervour for the role, and a wider enthusiasm for education. The school wants to see graduates who have the ability to be a teacher that can make a difference to their pupils. In this Science Teaching Assistant position, you will be supporting teaching and learning across the school. You will have the responsibility of advancing your skills before teacher training by following an in-school CPD program and ensuring the school's ethos of creativity is continued.
