This position would suit a friendly Science graduate who has an impressive academic record and a 2:1 or better in your degree and has the skills to clearly outline their reasons and interests in becoming a teacher. You will provide an encouraging demeanour that will allow you to build meaningful rapport with your pupils. As a Science Teaching Assistant you will be a motivated individual who can evidence a strong track record of success and bring your own ideas to the table, supporting learning in the process. You must show the ability to support your students through your caring approach and clearly explain difficult topics.
