We are looking for someone who has a keen interest in Science and is excited by the thought of supporting young people have the same enthusiasm for Science. We are looking for someone who may be considering a career in education but would benefit from some time in a school setting to really cement this career idea. We are hoping to meet with someone who is going to inspire us.
As a Science Intervention Tutor, you will be working closely with individual students as you support then through their learning of the Sciences. You will have the opportunity to work with students from year 7 to year 11 and be supported by a friendly and encouraging Science department. As a Science intervention Tutor you will be given the freedom to create your own session plans as well as following session plans set by the class teacher.
