You will need to be a Science Graduate who is confident when it comes to teaching or leading small groups of pupils. The right applicant will have the maturity to meet challenges head-on, who can have the skills to develop and display a genuine passion for education that filters to their pupils.
As a Science Graduate, you will be supporting teaching and learning across the department in all science areas. part of your role will be to provide classroom support to SEN pupils who really benefit from the additional help during lessons. The main part of your role will be to lead small groups of higher or low-level students as well as 1-1 booster sessions.
