My client school, located close to Solihull has approached Edustaff to help them recruit a Physics Teacher or Physics NQT for the start of the new academic year in September. This is a full-time teaching position and will require the successful candidate to teach Physics across the 11-19 age range on a full time, permanent basis.
The school is situated in an attractive part of the West Midlands with on-site parking and part of the excellent public transport network.
The school is considered a very exciting place to work and is home to a recently built, state of the art sixth form college. The main school is also undergoing construction that will further enhance their facilities and classroom provision. When Ofsted visited in January 2014 they described the school as Good with Outstanding features giving special acclaim to the fantastic relationships between pupils and staff.
The school recognise that the key to its success lies at the feet of their teaching and support staff. For this reason they look after them by providing training, professional development and a structure with capacity to lead change. If you’re an NQT you will struggle to find a school with such an excellent induction programme; a programme that will hopefully be the spring board to a long and successful teaching career.
The school are seeking the appointment of a dynamic, engaging and confident Physics teacher to contribute fully to the future development of Science department at the school. The post will offer the opportunity to deliver Physics to all key stages including KS5 as well as general science at Key Stage 3. The appointment is for a full-time teacher of Physics to join a hard-working, enthusiastic and innovative subject Area.
If this science teacher position excites you and you feel you have the qualifications, skills and motivation necessary then please don’t hesitate in sending a copy of your CV to Patrick at Edustaff today.
