SEN Teaching Assistant Specification
***Compassionate graduate who has a strong academic record with a 2:2 or above in Psychology or Psychology-related degree
***Previous experience working with SEN children either in a volunteer or paid role
***The right applicant will have consistent passion to delivering their profession and good empathy skills.
About the SEN Teaching Assistant Role
The SEN Teaching Assistant will supervise in class, in groups or one to one with student needs. These range from integration into a new environment, to various degrees of learning difficulty, vulnerable learners and those with SEMH.
