Do you have a passion for working with pupils that have special educational needs including Autism, Emotional & Behavioral Difficulties and PMLD?

This position would suit a strong-willed and confident Psychology graduate who has a pure passion for equal education for all. The right applicant will have a positive attitude towards learning that will keep them pupils motivated, even when tackling complex topics.
At this well run and inclusive school, the successful candidate will be working closely, on a one to one basis with a KS2 child who has a statement of ASD. Part of your responsibilities will include making sure that the child has complete access to the learning.
This inclusive junior school has a number of pupils with SEN higher than the national average; the school fully supports these pupils in their academic, social and emotional needs. From the SLT down to the support staff, everyone here is working hard towards the same positive goal- to ensure the children achieve their fullest potential.
