A nurturing Psychology Graduate who has a 2:1 degree at the very least and experience working with Primary aged children is important. We want to meet Psychology Graduates who can establish relationships quickly and be caring and considerate towards their pupils.
We want to meet Psychology Graduate who can show the enthusiasm required for a career in teaching and display an obvious passion for education. The role of Learning Support Assistant is open to Psychology Graduates who have a natural style of communication and a character that motivates those around them.
As a Psychology Graduate you will be working with children from Early Years to KS2 supporting them in Speech and Language as well as Literacy and Numeracy. You will be expected to lead your own small groups of children and as well as support children 1-2-1 in class. As a Learning Support Assistant you can show your creative side as you join extracurricular activities as well as working with the class teachers to put together topical lesson plans that are fun and exciting!
