Essential requirements for this Teaching Assistant post are, excellent academic record including a degree from a top university. You must also posses the natural talent to be able to inspire young minds in a creative and fun manor, whilst also raising attainment and supporting the class teacher. Willingness to get involved in whole school life including after school clubs and extra curriculum activities is desired but not essential. With that in mind, if you would like to start an after school club which doesn’t already exist, the school are more than happy to support you in this!
