My client Headteacher, who has an excellent track record of mentoring exceptional new Teachers, is looking for a new Primary NQT to start in September.
The ideal new Primary NQT will have been receiving "Good" observation gradings throughout your teacher training course and you will ready to deliver an outstanding lesson as part of your interview at the school.
The new Primary NQT will have license to teach in a creative way and the school's bright, airy classrooms will allow you to enhance the learning of all your pupils. In general, The Primary NQT will be teaching under an effective Headteacher, well respected and well liked throughout the school thanks to the support and guidance offered. You will join a robust induction year programme which will be tailored to your developmental needs.
The right candidate will be a committed Primary NQT who can create exciting and inspiring lessons. The school want to meet teachers who can create an environment where every student can thrive and engage with their lessons. You will possess a grasp of how to best negotiate any behavioural problems that may arise, using tact, skills, and temperament to retain authority within the classroom.
