A large secondary school in Birmingham are planning for the future and are keen to meet highly academic, enthusiastic and passionate graduates of all Sciences who are aspiring teachers and want to join the Premier Pathways Programme from September 2017.
Premier Pathways is a fully paid teacher training programme fully supported through the University of Buckingham. Each participant will gain at the end of the programme a PGCE with full QTS.

We are looking for individuals who :-
*** Have the drive to become an outstanding teacher
*** Show commitment to the programme and your pupils
*** Be a high calibre graduate holding a First or 2:1 degree
*** Be able to self-study
There will be opportunities throughout the programme to experience varying standards of teaching which will enable you as an individual to find the environment that suits you best.
In School you will:
*** Commence in a teaching support capacity leading to teaching in term 3
*** Receive in-school support
*** Receive peer networking and support
