For the September cohort, we are seeking highly academic, enthusiastic, resilient graduates who are committed to career in secondary school teaching
Premier Pathways will provide the successful graduate a paid route into teaching - You will complete a full PGCE with QTS fully supported by the University of Buckingham
Beginning the programme in a teaching support role, you will receive training and support, to become a confident, fully qualified teacher, holding a PGCE & QTS in June 2019.

To be considered for this role you must be a highly motivated graduate, who is passionate about teaching and learning. Ideally you will have some experience working with young people and must have a 2:1 or above Hons degree.

*** Be a high calibre graduate holding a First or 2:1 degree
*** Be able to self-study
There will be opportunities throughout the programme to experience varying standards of teaching which will enable you as an individual to find the environment that suits you best.
In School you will:
