About the Physics Teaching Assistant Role
* Initially working in small groups with Physics pupils to support their subject knowledge and encourage learning
* Watching and monitoring how lessons are prepared, giving you fantastic training and experience
* Learning to construct and teach lessons, with the assistance of exceptionally trained and passionate Physics teachers
As a Teaching Assistant, you will have exposure to practices that are essential to successful teaching. It is also important for you to possess the optimism and enthusiasm to provide the best learning environment possible for your students.
At first, lessons will be planned for you by experienced Physics teachers, slowly building your confidence and giving you the expertise and classroom exposure required for progression to a confident Physics Teacher.
