To be successful, you will be charismatic Newly Qualified Primary Teacher who has experience of working with SEN and EAL pupils and some previous experience in an inner city school. The right applicant will have the ability to remain positive even in tough situations and an approach to learning that is fun and effective. The right applicant will have a determined and driven approach to teaching and a teaching style which encourages creativity. You must show the ability to foresee potentially disruptive situations and put measures in place to see they don't develop into major issues or problems.

As a Newly Qualified Primary Teacher you will be joining a specific class based on the school's need and personal preference.
