Person Specification for SEN Maths Teacher
The ideal candidate will be a consistent SEN Maths Teacher who has 2 years' teaching experience and the confidence to make their own decisions to overcome challenges. You must have an efficient, professional approach that helps you effectively deal with students even during the busiest periods. The successful candidate will have a calm approach to teaching SEBD students that allows them to rise to various problems with special educational needs. You will have the drive to be quick to respond to new ideas by adapting your teaching style so that every child can get the most out of your lessons.
About the SEN Maths Teacher Role
At this excellent school, as a SEN Maths Teacher you will be moving into an especially focused Maths Department and you will be developing your teaching skills. Your timetable will consist of classes up to and including GCSE level, and you will be expected to prepare all pupils for their end-of-year exams.
