We are seeking an eager Maths Teaching Assistant who will contribute to the further development of a nurturing and vibrant school based in Coventry.

You will be a dedicated Maths graduate who has earned a second class degree or better and has an unstoppable ambition to become a teacher. The school wants to see graduates who have all the skills and qualities students need to see in adults, so that them can set a good example to them. The school are hoping for a graduate who is able to use their empathetic approach to build long lasting relationships with both students and parents.
At this enterprising school, as a Maths Graduate Trainee Teacher you will be working within a particular department, assigned nearer the time based on your qualifications and personal preferences. As a Maths Graduate Trainee Teacher you will be helping to put together exciting, innovative lesson plan ideas that will inspire the class. You will have the responsibility of working with a CPD and training scheme that is especially designed to give you the best start to your career in education. A mentor will be on-hand throughout the year, to aid your development and give you crucial guidance that will increase the progress you make during this first part of your career. Part of your role will include joining in with or even leading one of the school's many extra-curricular clubs or societies.
You will receive constant support throughout your role by an in school mentor as-well as a dedicated Premier Pathways support mentor, allowing you to always seek guidance and support when necessary, as-well as having numerous opportunities throughout the course to meet with other graduates taking the Premier Pathways programme, allowing you to share your experience with others.
