In this Maths Graduate Teaching Assistant role, you will work as part of the Maths department, helping to support the variety of teachers that this school has. You will develop your understanding of the different types of students and work with them accordingly. On a daily basis you will work as a general class support, assisting students with general questions and support. Occasionally you will work with students in small groups or on a 1:1 basis. In this instance you may be supporting struggling learners and helping to provide them with more understanding or you could be working with high achievers who would benefit from more challenging tasks.
