The Senco wants to see graduates who have a passion for SEN and education with a strong desire to become a Teacher or an Educational Psychologist. The school wants to see graduates who have a positive attitude towards learning who will keep the pupils motivated even when tackling complex topics. You will be able to show the patience and skill set required to work with SEN pupils.
As a Learning Support Assistant at this school, you will be working in different functions across the whole school.
