For this post, you should be an ambitious graduate who has worked with children in either a volunteer or paid role and earned a 2:1 or higher in your degree.

About the Role
In this exciting KS2 Teaching Assistant position, you will be working in Year 5 and 6 classes, dependent on the needs of the school, and you will be aiding the learning and development process of a variety of children - all with varying needs and abilities.
You shall be given the chance to lead small intervention classes designed to support pupils who struggle in the classroom, or who need an extra boost to challenge them- to reach their full potential.
In this role, you will be able to work with experienced teachers, as well as with newly qualified teachers who can support you in your TA position that they were in just a short time before completing their teacher training.
