KS1 Teacher / NQT Person Specification:
The ideal candidate will be a gifted KS1 Teacher / NQT who has a history of 'Good' or better classroom practice from observations and has the drive to offer a passionate, positive teaching approach. The successful KS1 Teacher / NQT will have the ability to deliver creative lessons that are inclusive of all students in the class and will engage all pupils to the lesson objective.
About the KS1 Teacher / NQT Role:
As a KS1 Teacher / NQT your role you will be joining a specific KS1 class based on your experience and preference. To aid your teaching the school has invested heavily in equipment and facilities, with the successful KS1 Teacher / NQT being able to utilise an interactive outdoor learning area, bespoke ICT suite and extensive sports fields. CPD will be provided to develop the abilities of experienced teachers and NQTs will be supplied with an academic mentor to guide them through their induction year.
