My client school are looking to recruit a newly qualified teacher who has been graded ‘Good’ or ‘Outstanding’ on their professional school placement observations whilst undertaking Teacher Training. The successful candidate will show enthusiasm at the prospect of working within a primary school which has recently been graded as ‘Good’ by Ofsted in order to be supported through their Primary NQT induction year.
As a Key Stage 1 Primary Teacher you will be responsible for a year 2 class throughout the academic year. The school would like a primary teacher with excellent classroom practice at this Key stage. You will provide a model of good practice to support positive management of pupil behaviour. The ability to build lasting relationships with teachers, senior management and the wider community is vital for this role.
Located within the LEA of Wolverhampton, this successful primary school has created links with the local community that supports the education of the students by providing access to practical activities, reinforcing what they have learned in the curriculum. The school was part of a recent Ofsted inspection that deemed the school to be 'Good' overall but leadership has ambition for the school to improve even further.
