You must be a creative and energetic Key Stage 2 Teacher who has a penchant for thinking outside the box. The school wants to meet applicants who have a commitment to engage all pupils and the ability to keep them on track and motivated. You must have the skills to blend reactive learning with proactive pupil management to deliver lessons free from disruptions, inequality, or negativity.
In this exciting Key Stage 2 Teacher position you will be taking charge of a KS2 class either Year 5 or Year 6 which will be decided nearer the time based on your skills and knowledge. Experienced Key Stage 2 Teachers will ideally have a creative background/interests in the arts or music, which they wish to share with the students.
The school has a brand-new Autism facility and the children will also be involved in mainstream classes. Therefore, it is important the KS2 Teacher has a very inclusive attitude, which is in line with the school ethos, which they take great pride in.
