For this post you should be a compassionate KS1 Teacher (NQT) who has experience working with Special Educational Needs and 'English as an Additional Language' pupils and experience of teaching in a leading school. You must have the skills to differentiate for differing levels of ability within your class and use your charisma to inspire those around you. The school wants to see teachers who have the ability to communicate clearly and keep organised and the focus to overcome challenges. About the KS1 Teacher (NQT) Role
As a KS1 Teacher (NQT) at this school you will be taking over a particular class within KS1 based on demand within the school and you will be exploring different ways to engage your students through the use of the extensive teaching resources available to you. Part of your role will include enrolling on your choice of CPD and training schemes and teaching alongside an outstanding teaching assistant. As a KS1 Teacher (NQT) you will be making the most of the full range of teaching resources available to you which include visual sensory rooms .
