About the Humanities Learning Support Assistant Role
In this Humanities Learning Support Assistant position you will be moving into the focused Humanities faculty where you will be supporting and assisting with lessons and you will be leading small groups of pupils or supporting them on a 1:1 basis. Candidates who prove themselves as LSAs or TAs are often allowed to continue working for the school as teachers on the School Direct teacher training plan. You will be provided with exceptional teacher training and support for this position and for your future as a teacher.
