Person Specification for Graduate SEMH Teaching Assistant - 2:1 or above
The school wants to meet with Graduate Teaching Assistants for a SEMH Teaching Assistant role who is able to develop caring relations even in challenging situations with its most vulnerable pupils. This Graduate SEMH Teaching Assistant vacancy is open to those who have a strong belief in the significance of extracurricular learning and a good grasp of the English Language and be an effective communicator. This position would suit a confident graduate who has experience supporting SEBD children and an impressive academic record and a 2:1 or better in your degree. You should have a confident approach to challenging situations and a skill for developing important relationships.
