This Graduate Teaching Assistant position is open to recent university graduates with a 2.1 or higher in a relevant degree. To be successful you will need to have a deep-rooted passion for helping pupils with SEN. This Graduate Teaching Assistant role will be the perfect opportunity for you to develop your understanding of Special Educational Needs.
Your role as a Graduate Teaching Assistant will be to work 1-1 and with small groups. Part of your role will be to lead small groups of around ten pupils with Literacy and Numeracy booster sessions. As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, the school will be able to enrol you on to the school's direct programme if you wish.
