The ideal SEN Teaching Assistant candidate will be a SEN professional or graduate who has practice working with SEN children and can calmly decide the best solution for a challenging situation. The ideal SEN Teaching Assistant candidate will have an easy rapport with their colleagues and the pupils them work with that will help them gel well with the school.
About the Role of SEN Teaching Assistant - ASD / EBD
As a SEN Teaching Assistant at this school you will be supporting teaching and learning across the school and you will be assisting SEN pupils through school life. Day-to-day, you will be making the most of the support of a SENCO. You will be leading booster and intervention groups and mentoring pupils 1:1 and working in classes across the school.
