For this post, you must be an intelligent graduate who has previous experience working with SEN children either in a volunteer or paid role and a second-class degree at the very least. About the Role
As a Primary Learning Support Assistant your role will involve you working within a specific class based on school need and your own preferences. In this post you will be assisting teachers in the development of lesson plans and working with the excellent support of SEN department head. Mentoring and training will be on offer from a Class Teacher and the schools SLT Team
