My client are looking for a Maths Teaching Assistant who will have the ability to build a good rapport with pupils as well as adding additional support to the class teacher and department.
The appointed Maths Teaching Assistant will be tasked with supporting the Maths Department working with GCSE and A-level exam groups in a bid to improve the attainment of the pupils, particularly those capable of moving up a grade boundary. The Maths Teaching Assistant will be largely responsible for working with small groups of students, you will also be providing some 1:1 support to lower ability pupils in class to ensure their learning remains parallel with that of their peers.
