Graduate Learning Support Assistant - Year 4 boy with challenging behaviour and Mild learning difficulties- Hillingdon

To be considered you must be a friendly graduate who has practice working with SEN children and earned at least a 2:2 in your degree. You will have the drive to give clear and concise instruction to pupils that leads to a greater understanding of the subject. You should have the capability to quickly develop relationships with pupils that allow them to fully benefit from your placement. You will possess a calm, collected character with the associated determination and resilience to seek out potential problem situations and work towards resolving them.
This KS2 LSA role involves you supporting the development a specific Year 4 boy who can be challenging in general classes. Day-to-day, you will be reaching your potential by learning important teaching techniques through the school's enviable training and CPD plan. Your duties will include joining a team of teachers who work well under the direction of the Special Educational Needs Coordinator.
