*** Graduate HLTA
***Open to graduates only
***Excellent Primary School – Gravesend, Kent
***£65-£75 per day depending on Graduate HLTA experience
***Must have previous school-based experience
An exciting opportunity has arisen in a client school located in Gravesend, Kent. This post is to start ASAP, and the Headteacher is looking for an experienced and talented Graduate HLTA.
This is a delightful, popular 2 form entry school that has an exceptional Headteacher who is extremely supportive and highly regarded by her staff. With excellent facilities, this school boasts large classrooms, interactive whiteboards, a well-resourced library, top of the range ICT suite and car parking facilities. With few behavioural issues at this school and good policies in place by the Senior Leadership Team, the main aim of this school is to give every child the foundation of a good education.
Ideally, they are looking for a Graduate HLTA who is experienced, has a great work ethic, is unique, innovative and can inspire young minds. The Headteacher has informed me that you don’t need to be a qualified Graduate HLTA to apply for this post, as long as you have previous school experience. You need to be a graduate as this school could potentially offer a Teacher Training place for wannabe teachers!
The right candidate can expect to join one of the top schools in the area for achievement and behaviour, a school that is popular among parents, has a great atmosphere with high moral standards. Governors are appreciative and supportive, and the school has a Headteacher who leads by example.
